This list identifies the material subprocessors 12ui uses to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. Customer authorises 12ui to use these subprocessors as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
Material subprocessors
Cloudflare
Purpose: hosting and infrastructure, including compute, object storage, database, cache, bot protection, logs and observability, and content delivery.
Processing locations may include Australia, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other locations on Cloudflare's global network.
OpenAI
Purpose: AI model inference, including image and document analysis for conversion and AI image generation and editing.
Processing locations may include the United States and other locations where OpenAI operates.
fal.ai
Purpose: image segmentation, background removal, and object extraction for conversion, routing work to underlying model vendors through the fal platform. Derived image data is stored temporarily and expires within about one hour.
Processing locations may include the United States and other locations where fal.ai operates.
Purpose: text-embedding model inference for Design Corpus search queries.
Processing locations may include the United States and other locations where Google operates.
Stripe
Purpose: payment processing, Checkout, saved payment methods, receipts, refunds, disputes, and payment fraud prevention for prepaid 12ui wallet funding.
Processing locations may include the United States and other locations where Stripe operates.
Identity service
Sign-in is provided by the Just Every login service, which is operated by the same controller group as 12ui. It is part of our own infrastructure and is not a third-party subprocessor.
Changes and objections
12ui may update this list as the Service changes. Customers may object to a new material subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within 10 days after notice, and the parties will work in good faith to resolve the objection.
